A creative campaign to recruit new members to our fraternity house, for 2 weeks, filled with back to back events for around 250 people/day . Process began with the planning of events and carefully ideating a theme of campaign that best fit the end goal. I then preceded with the designs and coordination of events, equipments needed, etc. 
I took my ideations and made them visual; creating jerseys, shirts, keychains, stickers, cards and much more. I hand selected a committee of brothers to help aid in the fluid production.
